Refund & returns policy

DogFight makes carbon fiber parts to order. Most pieces are custom-moulded for one chassis. Read the conditions below before purchase — we’re happy to discuss fitment over WhatsApp before you order.

Return policy

Our return policy applies specifically to defective items resulting from manufacturing issues — for these we issue a replacement. Such cases have been extremely rare; we test-fit every carbon piece on the actual chassis before dispatch.

Warranty policy

Given the nature of our product (carbon fiber body parts), there is no traditional warranty. The functionality is binary — the part either fits and performs from installation or it does not. We ensure every piece meets our internal standard before reaching you.

Customer service response time

For any queries or concerns, reach out directly via email or WhatsApp. We commit to replying within a 12-hour window (excluding Friday) to address any inquiries.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you confirming receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund is processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds: first re-check your bank account, then contact your card issuer — processing time often delays the posting. If nothing has appeared after a week, email [email protected].

Made-to-order items: because each piece is built specifically for your chassis when you order, made-to-order carbon parts are not eligible for refund unless defective.

Shipping returns

To return a product, contact [email protected] first to receive return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For higher-value items, please use a trackable shipping service or consider shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or wrong item received

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging, label, and item. We will arrange a free return label and replacement at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if production has not yet started (typically within 24 hours of order). Once carbon work begins we cannot cancel since the piece is being built for you. WhatsApp us as fast as possible if you need to cancel.
